Metal fabrication can include edge preparation, drilling, forming holes and slots, flange fabrication, machining of datum surfaces, assembly, welding and geometry inspection. The exact process is defined by the drawings and technical requirements.
Preparation of blanks from sheet, rectangular and round tube, angle, channel, beam and other metal stock
Cutting, drilling, forming mounting holes, chamfers, slots and other features according to the documentation
MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG welding, with the process selected for the material, thickness and joint requirements

Material grade, thickness, profile and surface protection are agreed according to the technical requirements. If the structure operates under load, in a humid environment, outdoors or in contact with equipment, these conditions should be specified before production.

For frames, platforms and equipment assemblies, the accuracy of datum surfaces, mounting points, diagonals and relative positioning is critical. We define the assembly, welding and subsequent machining sequence before production to meet the drawing and installation requirements.
For complex and critical structures, our engineer reviews the documentation, material, joint types, datum surfaces, allowable deviations and inspection methods. Where required, machining allowances and post-weld machining are built into the production route.
Within one order, we can combine material preparation, welding and machining. This is useful for frames, bases, brackets and equipment assemblies where individual parts or surfaces require accurate fits and mounting geometry.

We prepare a complete set of blanks from drawings: profile, tube, sheet, plates, ribs, flanges and mounting elements.

We assemble the structure in a defined process sequence while controlling datums and geometry. The welding process is selected for the material and requirements.

We perform machining operations such as turning, milling, grinding and others on structural parts and critical surfaces where accurate fits, holes, planes or threads are required.

We verify dimensions and completeness, then carry out the agreed cleaning, grinding and surface preparation before handover. Inspection before and after coating* is performed when coating is specified in the technical requirements.

Inspection criteria are defined by the engineering documentation and intended use. We verify key parameters at the appropriate production stages: material and completeness, assembly geometry, welded joints and readiness for shipment.
We verify the material, drawings, specification, document revision and complete set of parts before assembly.
We inspect overall dimensions, diagonals, relative positioning, mounting holes and datum surfaces.
We visually inspect weld execution and conformity with the agreed process. Additional inspection methods are available when required by the project.
