Engineering expertise
Manufacturing starts before the machine is switched on
Before production begins, our process engineer evaluates the drawing and 3D model, material, workholding, tolerances and fits, surface finish, critical geometric parameters, operation sequence and inspection methods.
This is where potential manufacturing constraints and critical operations are identified, because they directly affect the stability and repeatability of the final result.
When no drawing is available
Reverse engineering from a physical sample
We reconstruct the geometry, prepare the model and technical documentation, specify the material where required and define the production route.

Inspection is planned as part of the manufacturing process. This allows critical parameters to be checked exactly at the stages where they are established.
